1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the CHC777 platform — including the website at chc777.pro, the CHC777 mobile app, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the CHC777 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The CHC777 platform is for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. CHC777 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle.

If CHC777 has reasonable grounds to believe an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is completed. Where underage use is confirmed, the account will be closed.

You also confirm that you are not accessing CHC777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, and that you are using the platform on your own behalf rather than on behalf of a third party.

3 Account Registration

To place bets or play games on CHC777, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your name, date of birth, email address and contact number.

• Each person may register only one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, access your balance or place bets on your behalf.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Account registration is free. CHC777 does not charge a fee to open or maintain an account.

CHC777 reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of CHC777.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on CHC777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CHC777 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, card and mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your CHC777 balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact CHC777 support with the transaction reference number from your payment app.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• CHC777 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties.
• No interest is paid on account balances held with CHC777.
• Deposits intended as real-money gaming funds must not be made through methods that could facilitate a chargeback, dispute or reversal after the funds have been played.

CHC777 does not apply conversion fees on standard PKR deposits. If your payment provider applies their own charges, those are outside CHC777's control.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your CHC777 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible.

• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed on the same day, subject to verification status and processing queue.
• Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals are processed within standard banking hours.
• CHC777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, eligible funds are available for withdrawal.

CHC777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

CHC777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time each offer is made. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new CHC777 accounts on their first qualifying deposit. Applied automatically — no code required. Wagering requirements must be met before any associated bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a stated wagering multiplier. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before it becomes withdrawable.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, fish games and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages, which are stated in the individual offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or do not meet wagering requirements within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: CHC777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games played on CHC777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you understand the rules of that product.

• Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in. Live in-play bets are subject to the odds at the exact moment of acceptance, which may differ from the displayed odds at the time you initiated the bet slip.
• Cricket & PSL: CHC777 covers PSL, international cricket, T20 leagues and ICC tournaments. Specific settlement rules for cricket markets — including match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and super overs — are set out in the Sports Betting rules section of the platform.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events — cards dealt, roulette wheel spins — and are final once the round is closed. Technical malfunctions during a live game round that prevent a round from completing will result in bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Fish Games: Fish game outcomes are determined by the game engine's random number generator. Payout rates are built into each game title. In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction mid-session, CHC777's support team will review the session and resolve the situation fairly.
• Minimum & Maximum Bets: Each game and betting market has stated minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed before you confirm a bet.

CHC777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the CHC777 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or using someone else's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or glitches in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Attempting to claim a bonus or promotion you are not eligible for, or manipulating bonus terms through artificial betting patterns.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing CHC777 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or any tool designed to misrepresent your location or identity.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

CHC777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in CHC777's inactivity policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a player's conduct — such as inactivity — the remaining balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after identity verification.

In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to an account, CHC777 reserves the right to correct the balance. Players are not entitled to retain funds credited as a result of a technical error.
